Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy

How do I cancel an order?


If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within 2 hours of placing the order. Then, simply email us at thebetterlove.art@gmail.com with your order details. You will be eligible for a full refund only if you cancel within this window.

 
In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you can simply refuse to accept the order and inform us of the same via email. All charges including shipping and packaging will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Return Policy:


We offer easy and hassle-free exchange or returns. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within 3 working days of receiving the package. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in saleable condition. Your return will not be accepted if it is used, damaged, misplaced or missing parts of the package. 


If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. 



Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.


Our team takes the utmost care with respect to the quality of each product and tries to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, we understand that sometimes fragile items are damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within 3 working days from the date of delivery. We will replace the damaged product as soon as we can. 

Refund Policy:


In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made within 15 working days back to the same payment source used to pay for the order. Please note that the charges incurred for shipping and packaging will be deducted in your refund amount.
