Shipping and Delivery Policy

We are committed to delivering your order within the fastest time frame, while ensuring maximum with the highest quality packaging. Online Paid order are shipped the next working day and are mostly delivered within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch. Due to the value of orders, we suggest avoiding COD transactions on all orders. 


We ship throughout the week, except Sunday & Public holidays during the normal working hours. To ensure that your order reaches you in good condition, in the shortest span of time, we ship through reputed courier agencies only.



How is the delivery charge calculated for multiple units? 


  • Our displayed prices include shipping, delivery and relevant tax. 

  • Our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Service tax). 

  • Relevant GST % is already added to your product’s total pricing.

  • Majorly, photographic prints and artworks come under the 12% GST slab. However, depending on the nature of artworks, some may be charged under the 18% slab. In either case, buyers need not worry about it as we take care of the taxes involved.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
There is no definite answer for this as we depend on many external sources for it. However, we will do our best to ship your product as soon as we can and keep you posted about the shipment status. 


Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order, but for area falling into remote locations and the areas where delivery by couriers cannot be attempted the recipient might be asked to pick it up from the delivery centres.



What if I receive the product is received in damaged condition?

If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and reach out to our team at thebetterlove.art@gmail.com. We will do our best to send a replacement as soon as possible. 


We will arrange for reverse pick up of the damaged product and ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
